I'm Adeline Santoro, an ICF-certified trilingual coach specializing in change management and neuroscience. I'm also a certified trainer in leadership and job interview techniques, with expertise in Europe, Canada and the United States.
A human resources professional for over 25 years, having worked in start-ups as well as international companies, I have coached hundreds of people around the world since the start of my career. In doing so, I've come to understand that every professional is influenced by his or her thoughts, beliefs, experiences, worldview and values. These will define the way they work, interact with others and perceive a situation.
I became aware that various patterns could occur both at work and in personal life, despite the differences in context. So I decided to seek out new tools in neuroscience and positive psychology to offer comprehensive coaching that will help you achieve your professional goals while respecting the person you are.
Working with me means understanding how you function at work, but also in your life in general. It's also about understanding how companies work, so that you're one step ahead of them in achieving your goals. My coaching has helped many people to get promoted, change careers, take their place in their current company or find a new position to bring more harmony into their lives.
